   We bought our kitchen from Prestige over 12 years ago and the product and service ever since have been first class. We recently had a minor issue with our integrated dishwasher which needed to be resolved by the manufacturer engineer however we needed the appliance to be accessible for the engineer. One call to Prestige and they sent somebody round to take the appliance out and then they came back to reinstall after it was fixed. No quibble, just swift and friendly service which has been our overall experience since having the kitchen installed.

   The whole process from walking into the showroom (on a recommendation) to the final check through of the completed kitchen has been hassle free. Thank you to Peter who planned the kitchen, and made sure we had everything we asked for, and also recommending changes to make our lives easier. The team who removed the old kitchen and installed the new kitchen dealt with the structural problems they found without any fuss. They were professional, meticulous, tidy, and helpful. Thank you Simon and Phil. We would recommend Prestige to anyone.

   We have used Prestige twice now, first to complete a downstairs w.c. and most recently our main bathroom. From the first contact and up until completion Carol, Raith and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the design, make suggestions and help us choose nothing but top quality products. The delivery and installation went smoothly and the install team worked hard, respectfully and cleanly to deliver the project on time. The end result is nothing short of exceptional and outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend to anybody considering a new bathroom.

   After having a series of unfortunate events when we were remodelling our living space to make it open plan, we finally found Prestige kitchens. They were able to assist with not just the kitchen but the building work too. Peter's knowledge of design helped us ensure we made the most of the space and Raif was able to translate it into a computer design to show us exactly how it would look. Phil did the building work and Simon fitted the kitchen with such attention to detail. The results speak for themselves. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige for a 1st class service from a family business that really cares.

   Prestige kitchens completed a full build of our kitchen 15 years ago. That was an excellent job in every respect so when it began to look a little tired due to normal wear & tear we invited them back to discuss options. Peter (Managing Director) came round and offered several suggestions. We hit on a new floor, new cupboard doors on the existing frames and some new appliances. After a number of days working the job was completed yesterday by Tony and Mick who were most helpful and undoubtedly very highly skilled craftsmen. The showroom staff, Raith & Carol were also 100% helpful. Overall; well done and many thanks to all at Prestige! David & Joan.

   I cannot recommend Prestige Kitchens highly enough. From the initial chat with Raith in the showroom, Peter coming out to design the kitchen in ways we couldn't have imagined, Phil tearing out the old kitchen in record time and Tony and Mick basically rewiring and replumbing the kitchen before installing the new kitchento perfection, every stage has been flawless. The quality of the cabinets that were recommended to us is incredible, the new appliances are fantastic and the whole kitchen has not only been transformed, but somehow seems bigger and easier to work in, thanks to the design that Peter came up with. If anyone is looking for a high quality kitchen fitted by true professionals this company should be your first port of call. Every stage of the process has been an absolute pleasure and if we are ever in the market for another kitchen this company will be the first people we call, but based on the quality of the new kitchen, I think it will outlast me.

   We had our kitchen designed and installed in 2008, all aspects of Prestige Kitchens were outstanding from design to installation. We were and still are very happy with our kitchen and the service provided. Now 2022, I managed to jam something in the rotating corner unit (my fault entirely). Not wanting to force anything, I decided to contact Prestige for their help. Raith remembered us and the our job which was great. Needless to say next day two fitters sorted the issue very quickly and unit is perfect again now they removed my offending item! Thank you Prestige again for your fantastic service. Cannot recommend highly enough good company, great products and customer service.

   High quality kitchens, outstanding design, skilled workmanship and prompt thoughtful customer service. Had my kitchen renovated, including some structural work. Excellent communication throughout. All our input and questions were entertained. Their kitchens are of a high quality, and we're very pleased with the workmanship of the fitting. We had looked at a few different kitchen designers and installers, including some closer to home. In the end, we opted for Prestige as they came up with what we thought is the best layout and use of space. Prestige's design seems so obvious in hindsight, but none of the other half dozen or so highly rated kitchen companies thought of it. Like with any major project, there were small jobs and tweaks that were required after the main work was done and the final bill paid. Prestige were outstanding, ordering replacement doors and parts for any minor imperfections. Prestige promptly responded to all requests, concerns and questions that we had. Their customer care is remarkable - they go beyond their duty. We're very happy with the kitchen and more than happy with the service we received and overall experience. If we're ever brave enough to renovate another kitchen, we would go to Prestige again!
