   Craig and Sara provide a high quality and professional service. From the outset the listened to exactly what we wanted from our kitchen / dining room and designs plans that suited our needs. The kitchen was fitted to a really high standard, with all work completed on time. They arranged for any additional trades needed and made excellent recommendations. I would highly recommend this family run business!

   When you have an image in your mind of how you want your dream kitchen to be, and how it will work for you and your life style it can be difficult to figure out how you can bring those ideas to life. Craig and Sara, and their team, listened to me and advised me when I wasn't sure of exactly what I wanted. They provided expert advice and found ways around trickier ideas I had, such as having a hidden power socket at the end of a very long workstation that was nowhere near existing electric cabling! I am thrilled with the final results and feel that I really got exactly what I was asking for. I've had many dinner parties and family gatherings in my amazing open plan kitchen/diner space. It's really transformed the way I live in my home. The team are very friendly and the service is top notch. I always got updates on the work and this was reassuring so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig Probert Kitchens to anyone looking for a high quality bespoke service.

   Craig and Sara and team did an amazing job from start to finish with my kitchen renovation. Craig came to do the initial survey and this was then turned into an amazing design by Sara. They listened to my needs as well as suggesting some fantastic ideas of their own. The work was carried out very thoroughly to ensure a high quality end result with the old kitchen disposed on, plastering, electrics and plumbing all carried out to a high standard. The quality of the kitchen units is excellent - way better than you get with some of the big high street names and the joinery work from Craig was spot on. The worktops are also really good quality and Craig's aftercare advice was very helpful!. This was all finished off with new LVT flooring that was fitted to a very high standard. Craig and his team were very professional and friendly and made having them around very easy during the whole process. I'm so happy with the finished kitchen and would highly recommend Craig and Sara

   Highly recommended the company to anyone planning a new kitchen. Very professional throughout the whole process. Spent time with us going over designs to make sure we were happy with everything as it was a big job after knocking a wall out and arranged all the electrics plumbing and plasters. Cupboards and doors all customer made, really good quality and we have had so many positive comments from family and friends about the end result. It was most definitely worth all the mess. We are so pleased with the end result. Always arrived promptly and tidied up at the end of the day. Great service, great company

   We had an amazing experience with Craig and Sara. We originally approached them for a quote to install a flatpack kitchen from a well-known kitchen company, but we ended up with them designing and fitting the kitchen exactly to our wishes for a reasonable price. There were no hidden costs and we ended up paying exactly what they quoted us for. Though the design was slightly pricier than the flatpack kitchen, they were able to offer customisations you can't get with a flatpack so that it would make the most efficient use of space and met all our wishes. Like getting a bespoke kitchen without having to pay three times as much. Apart from the excellent value for money, they were also great at communicating. We always knew exactly when they'd be in, what would happen that day, and if there were going to be any interruptions to power and/or water, and they always worked around our needs so we would not be interrupted with our work. We've have many experiences with tradesmen in the past where you would just spend an entire day waiting to see if they would come or not, but Sara and Craig were great at providing you with a schedule and sticking to it, or at least updating you if they couldn't. (it was particularly impressive that they were able to deliver as scheduled given they had a bereavement in the family) Another thing we were very impressed with was that when things didn't go according to plan, they would handle it professionally, and at no extra expense to us. For me, the sign of outstanding tradespeople is not so much that they never make mistakes, but that they spot them early and deal with them in a professional manner. There were a couple of tiny issues with the design, at least one of which was our fault for not communicating clearly enough what we wanted, yet even then they made sure we were happy with the end result, without charging us extra. And when our downstairs toilet wouldn't work properly after reinstalling, even though it was no fault of theirs, they made sure it was working again. Even now, more than 6 months after the kitchen has been completed, they have been in touch a couple of times to check everything is as it should. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when our guestroom is up for a renovation.
