    Everything is organised in the store which is amazing. But there is a staff who is over 60 years old has forgotten about diversity and equality. She doesn’t have good customer service with me .She treats other customers nicely abd cheerfully but when it comes to me she is totally different. Her behaviour makes me hesitant to enter Matalan in Harlow. They had forgotten to remove tag from my cardigan,I had to go back again to ask them to remove it .She was there and didn’t say a simple sorry.Removed the tag and didn’t even made eye contact with me. I felt being neglected and ignored.It’s not her first time.

    Definitely won’t shop here again as they display one price and when you get to the tills it’s a different price. Then when you tell the manager they argue with you and say that was the weekend price or little children stuck different prices on all the items. Clearly shows from £1 meaning the item can be £1 . Shocking customer service and can’t believe how they argue with you.

    Fist time to this Matalan today, it's a very spacious and big shop and has everything you could need. I really likes the homeward section, the best thing about this shop was the colleague on the self service tills. She was so friendly and helpful, supported with putting stuff through the checkouts and finding my old Matalan card as well so saves some money.

    Good womens stock range fair pricing but mens formal wear a bit minimal, was much better two years ago, suiting lower quality, pricing fits quality, trousers less range, sizes and colours. Casualwear plentiful and good pricing, good range.

    Terrible service! Long queues. If you want to pay cash you have to queue with all the collections, exchanges and refunds. This is unacceptable for the elderly who don't carry credit cards or have mobile apps to pay! And why does this place close SO EARLY?!?!? Some people work until until 6pm so have no choice but to visit on the weekend when it's rammed and you queue for up to 40 minutes to pay cash. WORSE STORE EVER

    I don’t really understand why they have free standing mirrors in the shop if they don’t let you try things on top of your T-shirt. The checkout was slow and have to wait a long queue. Price not too bad but not even good.

    A very spacious shop with a very good.array of merchandise at extremely reasonable prices. The.home wear section has a fantastic selection of kitchen items that are extremely modern in their design. The men's section was a lot more focused upon that the female clothes section that I found the designed very monotonous. However I couldn't find a single member of the staff on the floor to ask them a question. The queue was long but it moved quite quickly. They also refund the parking ticket.the parking facilities are really good as well.
