    Low quality product. Yonger bought me a oil heater from here. 1st one had to be returned as it kept making a ticking noise. 2nd one only comes out in winter for 1 or 2 months. 2nd winter used a handful oftimes no longer switching on. All other oil heaters last 10 15 years. This the month after the warranty expires refuses to switch on. Never again.

    Beware of scam. Poor products and no support afterwards Don't believe in the misleading summary review above. I purchased a standing desk with a motor from this company around 17/08/2023. After two years ,the motor stopped working β€” exactly what I was worried might happen. I took the risk because I believed the reputation that German-made products are built to last, but that trust has clearly been misplaced. To make matters worse, I’ve been told that the spare part I need isn't available anymore; they don't make it anymore, which means the entire desk is effectively unusable after just two years. This kind of throwaway design is wasteful, environmentally damaging, and completely unsustainable. It shouldn't be acceptable for any company to operate in a way that prevents basic repairs. It is a crime against us consumers and against the planet. Rich countries exploit natural resources from impoverished countries, causing pollution and environmental harm elsewhere, but not in their own homeland. Typical of the colonial mindset. Manufacturing products that can't be fixed contributes to wider ecological harm and the ongoing climate crisis. Companies have a responsibility to do better, and it’s disappointing to see such poor standards here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product, and my review reflects that. It is a scam!

    Product hasn't arrived after 7 days, been waiting 48hrs for a response from customer service but being spammed with leave us a review email's - no contact number to talk to someone, can only contact via email, awful service - won't be using again!

    Took payment for a hedge trimmer and paid for next day delivery- 2 days later no order confirmation email received or dispatch email. I haven't even been sent an order number. Will have to dispute the payment with my bank. Also no phone number on their site or online chat facility- only email and I've had no response.

    Got a trimmer and had this issue: "While operating the trimmer the spinning part broke and the blade was thrown about 5 m away. This could have caused injury to someone nearby." Vonhaus didn't take any responsibility as the product is just a few months off the warranty.

    Ordered a 4-Seat Faux-Wood Dining Bench Set for Β£289.99 and everything from the ordering, payment, delivery and assembly was smooth. Compared to other outdoor dinning sets in the same price range, the VonHaus set meets all the requirements. While the table and benches could a bit heavier they meet all requirements including size, waterproofing, rust-resistance and a two year warranty. The table and bench tops are aluminium with the wood effect looking great.

    Placed an order and paid the 2.99 pounds for next day delivery only for the suitcases not to arrive. Contacted the customer service and was assured the matter had been resolved and delivery would happen the next day and the amount for next day delivery refunded. The suitcases did not arrive the next day. Called the delivery company Yodel and after a 47 minutes wait got to customer service who assured me of delivery the next date. The delivery company Yodel then kept changing my delivery date as they pleased for the next two days without my consent despite me informing them that I had to move my travel date to wait for the suitcases to arrive. Five days later, the suitcases had not arrived. Called and asked for a refund only to be told the refund will take 3 to 7 days. Despite the earlier processing of the next day delivery refund, four days later the amount has not yet reflected in my account. Caution to purchase at own risk!
