Just been in to spend my christmas voucher at last.... Great customer service, being somewhat tall it's hard to find stuff that fits properly - they always find something out the back and it's never too much trouble to go back out and find something that fits well. Always come away happy.
Great shop. I use to shop there years ago when they had girls clothes, unique bits. Wished they did girls stuff still.
Got some really nice bits that you dont see in other shops, got a Tommy Hilfiger tracksuit £229 all together, customer service was really good as well
the guy sold me shoes with a damaged heel baring in mind the first pair he gave to me had a big stain on it which i noticed and asked them to swap it, which i never noticed until i got home. i called up he said come back to store which i did. when i got there and showed him, he was actually amazed about what i was complaining about saying the timberlands are hand made and went on about some rubbish. i have the same pair at home brand new and took a picture of both pairs to show the difference to show him. he went on saying he cant give a refund but it states on the receipt that they will if the item is damaged or faulty which mine were! he refused to give me a refund and swap the shoes i said i wanted my money back and then he offers me credit note. i said i wanted a refund and then he eventually gave in and told me he'll give me a refund but then to NEVER COME BACK TO THE SHOP! i was actually amazed as i had not done nothing wrong. he was very rude and has ruined my day! the more i think about it i wish i had punched him in the face now!
