I am absolutely appalled by this purchase. In all my years of shopping on eBay, I have never encountered such shockingly poor quality. The moment I opened the package, I was hit by a nauseating, chemical stench coming from the shoes. I managed to try on only the right shoe—and even that was enough to confirm how badly made they are. As soon as I put it on, the outer material cracked instantly. I didn’t even get the chance to wear them properly before they essentially fell apart. It’s disgraceful. This product is an embarrassment, and I feel completely deceived. No one should have to experience this level of disappointment after making a purchase in good faith. I will be leaving the most negative feedback possible so that others are warned and can avoid being scammed as I was. I deeply regret this purchase. I am sending these shoes back immediately and I expect a full refund—including return shipping, without charging me for the label, as per your ridiculous return policy. The item is defective, unwearable, and frankly an insult to what was advertised. Any attempt to make me pay to return this garbage would be absolutely unacceptable.
Have been trying to request a returns label for a refund but literally no response by phone or email. I would like a refund ASAP! Really poor customer service and items ordered looked very poor compared to website. Would avoid at all costs.
