Absolutely stellar customer service, Seth was first incredibly helpful over the phone, going out his way to give product details so I could see pictures online and not waste a trip as I was 30 mins away. Then in-store, he had the range of products ready for me to view and actually recognised me from the door!! He was very detailed in explanations also, helped in explaining how the leathers age over time and overall just very helpful in his interactions with me. Deon was also very skilled with his wrapping and was very respectful also. Left feeling very grateful and pleased with my purchase. Thank you to the whole team!
