Friendly staff helped me realise I should buy the jacket despite the cost. Haha I was going to buy it anyway. Think it's closing down shame to see it go, but there's one at lakeside.
Staff very friendly Went there yesterday and today as they have a great sale on . Lady at the till was very friendly ( can’t remember her name , we spoke about my teen taking a Choice bag into school) . Anyway , purchases lots of items and will be back next week
Came across this shop a couple of weeks ago & returned since, found some great gems at incredible prices. I have tried to access their website since last week & it keeps going to the flannels site, which is super annoying- but clearly not their fault.
First time customer at the romford store, friendly staff - Spoke to Jade who was great and very helpful. I would definitely return to this store. Only moan up is the selection of sizes in certain items!. But otherwise v.good first time visit.
Limited choice unlike the title and what i did find was unlimited in sizes. Pointless trip.
I have been purchasing items from this store for a while now, but they have excelled themselves since lockdown.their sale items are actually amazing. I have recently purchased a couple of Mallet tops under half price and a few hugo boss items. one of the shirts I exchanged without any issues. will be back in a few days. great customer experience.
