One of the worst-quality suits I’ve ever encountered. Despite its beautiful design, the quality is extremely poor. I bought a suit for £400, and unfortunately, after only two months of wearing it, the inner lining tore. When I contacted them about the issue, they said I would have to pay £40 to replace the lining. Their return policy only allows exchanges within 28 days, and they take no responsibility for quality issues. I do not recommend buying anything from them; their products barely last for more than 20 wears.
I am very disappointed regarding what happened to me yesterday 2nd July 2024 at the Lakeside Branch. I bought my son’s suit for prom last week Friday and I was served by a very helpful salesman Jeffrey . He did an excellent job and helped my son to choose the right outfit for his Prom. We were very satisfied with the excellent service on this day. He sent his trousers for adjustment and ordered a shirt from the Stratford branch. I was to collect the suit and shirt at the Lakeside the following Monday . When we went to collect the suit on Tuesday morning as we couldn’t make it on Monday , we were attended by a young woman Iman. When we entered she was on her mobile phone and seem uninterested to serve us. She managed to retrieve my son’s suit but was not attentive and seemed to be very distracted by her phone. My son did not get any assistance and I had to be calling her to come and adjust the waistcoat. She went back on her phone and only attended to us when she was packing the suit, in which she forgot to pack the shirt. We only realised this when my son was dressing up for the Prom. My son had to wear his white school shirt instead as it was to late to go the shop. I am highly disappointed with this type of service. I now have to go back to the shop to collect the shirt . This young lady needs to be trained in customer service and I don’t know what sort of policy this company has with regards to using mobile phones whilst working and attending to customers . This type of conduct should not be allowed. My son’s Prom was nearly ruined by this young lady’s mistake which could have been avoided had she been focusing on her work.
Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . I can't thank N A Menswear of lakeside enough for your personal assistance in purchasing this suit and I will highly recommended that they come to you first. Thank you again.
Amazing experience with this company. I needed to buy a suit for a valentines ball and I have absolutely no idea on how to purchase a suit, one of the staff members called Mali was very fluent with tailoring the suit to my taste, as she helped me with the fitting, style and colour which made me feel like royalty. Material was comfy and smart but not too tight. Very good experience, defo would recommend + would buy again!
Would just like to say how impressed we've been by the quality and style of the suits. There's a large selection of suits to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting me and my 13 year old brother with getting the correct size for an upcoming wedding. Any resizing and alterations we needed was done carefully with great service and promptly. Thank you NA Menswear!
Good selection of Italian suit's, and the store is helpful in assisting you with getting the correct size, and will also make alterations if required at no additional charge. I would recommend them, as I received first class service...
We had the best experience buying my husband's wedding suit at NA Menswear. He had his heart set on a green suit and we felt like we'd looked everywhere and not seen anything quite right, until we popped into NA and he was spoilt for choice! The staff are all so knowledgeable and friendly. When the pandemic meant our wedding was postponed - and my husband lost weight, meaning his suit needed quite extensive alterations - they really looked after us. I can't recommend them highly enough!
