Went above and beyond what I asked for at no extra cost. Came for a minor service and a tyre (quoted £174, less than I expected), mentioned to them that I'd been losing a fair bit of oil, and forgot to mention a faulty sensor that had been previously bodged. When I picked up my car they'd done everything I asked for, plus replaced a seal on the oil sump, repaired the sensor wire, and topped up my wiper fluid for me. It's not a huge cost to them but I'm very impressed that they did it all without asking. Other garages had quoted hundreds to replace entire systems for the sensor, and any other garage had put the oil loss up to "eh probably just the turbo". Very professional office and a good service report for afterwards. I'll be coming here again.
