   A superb garage who are honest and knowledgeable. I have taken a few cars here over the last year. I had a knocking noise coming from my Ford focus, they investigated and tightened a few loose bolts that were causing the issue. They did not charge me a penny and the issue is now completely resolved. A different garage wanted to charge me hundreds of pounds to replace lower arm and cv axle.

   Was a friend who recommended this garage, booked MOT for today left my Car and key the night before. I rang around 4pm to see if there was an update and was told my car wasn't there. Turns out I was never actually booked in, I understand these things happen but was a day wasted. Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the Lady in reception was very kind and apologetic.

   Very disappointed with my first experience here..... Booked in my van , was told this place would be open for 8.30 by the receptionist. got to the site for 8.20.... but 8.50 its still closed. At this point another customer flagged me down and said this is not the first time this has happened and these guys are not great at opening on time. i phoned the reception at 9.10 and they were open, i expressed my disappointment to, she then proceeded to tell me in 6 years shes been their this has never happened before instead of listening and placitating my frustration just made me feel like a liar. The result... booked in else where and will not be returning to this place. This may seem harsh but as a business owner myself, i am ALWAYS on time, in nearly 10 years i leave at a sufficient time to get to my space and be open BEFORE the stated open time. My bill would have easily been 500 quid plus. Booked in elsewhere. I get that things happen, but the receptionist response is what really boiled my blood, i simply cant make up the conversations that were happening with the other gentleman that was waiting in his black corsa. Really disappointed with the professionalism.

   I will not recommend this place never , to anyone. I asked for wheel alignment , and I been told to come next day ,which I did. When I arrived they told me service won't be done , without telling me reason. I booked earlier finish at work... Not nice at all...

   10/10 start to finish service, been attending the garage for over 10 years. Lady in the office is always friendly and helpful and the price is always fair. I was worried that I had done something to my tyre and the owner even though it was just before closing checked everything fully for me. As a woman I have never felt ripped off or treated unfairly and I would recommend this garage to anyone as you will get 5 star service.
