    The store is so tidy now it used to look a state, but I feel sorry for the staff working in such a dingy store. You really notice it when you have visited the Bexleyheath store, which is so clean, bright and modern. The Dartford store is so old fashioned and drab and in desperate need of refurbishment.

    Omg went in late afternoon and the little security man walked past us get out shop is closing really rudely I was looking for my bracelet very expensive gold one then he walks past us again shouting out store closing we replying just a minute still got 10 mins looking for my bracelet ge then again said out store closing so so rude didn't find my bracelet so so cross rude little man who did he think he was think I wanted to be in there horrible store

    Dartford branch in need of modernisation, it's depressing , tired & run down. I didn't buy anything I left feeling disappointed.the stock is so higgledy-piggledy it's hard to find what you are looking for.
