Heard good reviews from friends who use Hartwell Motor Services, however I have contacted on two separate occasions for quotes/ work required, both occasions they failed to get back in touch to me, even when I went into garage in person! Very disappointed with my own experience.

Saw to my car immediately, excellent communication, customer service I can only rate as the best I have ever had from a garage, my car is as good as new. Very affordable prices, service was above and beyond, they even did a full valet and washed my whole car. The old misfit mat in my boot was replaced with a new one, which was a pleasant surprise, as I had not requested or mentioned this. I cannot thank your team enough for being such quality mechanics.

Pushy sales person to take on VAS with vehicle which were forced into the agreement. Cancelled the deal fortunately. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded and ignored my emails until I had to keep pushing for a response. Sad but true.
Trustworthy mechanic , I hate going to garages but a great mechanic and very clean for a garage. Made to feel very at ease and not taken for a ride . I won’t go anywhere else now and highly recommend especially for lone women . Stacey in office is wonderful and Andy is a great mechanic and very honest .
I've been taking the family cars to Hartwell for over 15 years. Excellent service from Andy, Jim and Stacey. Safety is always paramount with Andy and his attention to detail is second to non.
I was highly recommended to this garage and wasn't disappointed. Told them the problems. They put it up on the ramp. They discussed what work needed doing. Some were advisories but the price quoted for a leak on the oil sump, replacing disc brakes and pads plus other work. The price was acceptable and was very impressed with them and for all work carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use and recommend them in future.
