   I recently had a flat battery again and so my Honda HRV hybrid car wouldn't start. The AA managed to get my car started and advised me to take it straight to the dealers to get the battery properly tested and replaced if needed. Customer service was very good in promptly addressing the issue and giving feedback after the battery had been tested. When I asked why the battery has repeatedly gone flat, they were helpful in explaining that due to my use of the car being limited just to short journeys, the battery didn't have chance to recharge properly. They then offered options/advice on how to address this. The battery did need replacing and this was carried out quite quickly too.

   I was attended to by a service advisor, Jason Hoang, who was knowledgable, helpful and polite. In general terms I find Listers, Solihull very customer friendly with a comfortable waiting area providing free coffee and magazines to read. Also tv is available.

   I had an issue with the rear window of my Honda E not closing correctly. I was easily able to book my car in and arrange a collection from my place of work. On the day the car was collected, repaired under warranty and delivered back to me very efficently by Honda's helpful and friendly driver Jerry. Jerry has collected my car a few times now and is a credit to the local Honda dealership team. Thank you to all at Honda Solihull

   Listers Honda in Solihull gave me excellent customer service, as they always do. Our car was booked in for a service. We received a video showing the underside of the car, along with brake and tyre wear. The service consultant rand to advise changing tge front tyres and windscreen wiper blades. This was done promptly, and at a good price. As soon as the service was completed, we were advised by telephone that our car was ready for collection. The dad had also been washed. So. We are very happy customers.

   Our annual service and MOT test were completed in exemplary fashion. The welcome was courteous and friendly, we were kept well informed throughout, including the video of the initial check and the cost was exactly as previously advised. We were also helped to choose the most economical form of extended warranty, which we have taken up. We were also recognized by a member of sales staff, with whom we had previously done business, who took the time and trouble to speak with us and ensure that we were entirely happy. Listers Honda Solihull set a very high standard.
