   we had a brilliant transfer with Abdin from Birmingham airport to our home in South Wales. From the moment we meet him he was kind, courteous, professional and friendly. After over 30 hours of travel for us, he took our luggage to the car and loaded it himself. He'd thoughtfully supplied water and mints for our journey. Kept us informed of the estimated time of arrival and played classical music in the back ground. He chatted with us about a range of things and answered our questions. His driving was superb and he helped us with our luggage when we reached our final destination. I can't recommend this service enough or Abdin enough!

   recently booked a Business Class ticket from Birmingham to Dubai and was collected by Mubashar, the Emirates chauffeur. He was punctual, well-presented, and courteous throughout. My luggage was handled with great care and neatly placed in the vehicle’s trunk. The car was immaculately clean, and the journey to the airport was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. Mubashar is a well-spoken professional with excellent interpersonal skills — truly a credit to his employer and a fine representative of Emirates’ high standards.

   Used the service for an airport drop off and the experience was fantastic. The Mercedes Car was clean and nice. My Chauffer was Adnan Mehmood who was extremely courteous and in the 30 minute journey we spoke on local to international economy and I was amazed how much he knew. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

   Excellent service from Paul, arrived early having taken into account weather and time of travel to airport in peak rush hour. He made use of his extensive knowledge of back roads to avoid hold ups and got us to the airport in 30m. He was an entertaining conversationalist and we were very happy when he assisted with luggage to check-in. Highly recommended service

   Excellent service. The driver was waiting for us at arrivals and greeted us very professionally. He was very well dressed, polite friendly and helpful and offered to help take our luggage to the car. The car was certainly taken good care of being very clean both outside and in. We had a very comfortable journey home. The driver engaged in conversation when prompted but realised we were tired after a long day. Excellent all round.
