   When it comes to trainers love to go Jd. Yesterday went to Jd Dagenham Heathway branch to buy couple of trousers and a pair of trainer. Did not feel staffs are helpful, white girl and Asian guy keep talking don’t bother what customer asking ! Only 1 customer was in front of me but customer having some issues. So it was taking long , finally the white girl stop talking and came to help at the checkout after almost 7-8 minutes. No customer service I would say !

   How this place is still open is beyond me. The manager is rude, unprofessional and will stand outside on her phone when ever her staff have an issue. Also they apparently don’t do refunds after 5pm? Where in there policy it says that when the shop don’t shut until 5:30. And then lie and say the till is not working - eventhough there still allowing people to purchase.

   Absolutely appalling... ordered a click and collect . Didn't get a email to collect on the day. Called customer service. They called the store and then called back . Said I can go and collect . Spent £25 round trip on cab . Got thier . Shop was a mess arround the counter . Ask about the order . Took my details and came back and said can't find it . Then said they cancelled the order cos they have it . I said well you guys said its hear . Why didn't you notify me . They said we don't do that. No apology or nothing. In future I'll read the stores reviews before ordering to thier.

   WORST JD EVER I advise no one to go into this store. I bought a pair of air max 97 on black Friday and when I got home I realised the trainers was faulty. I took the trainers back on the Sunday and they told me they need to be sent for a inspection. Which makes me laugh. They said it would take two weeks to receive an answer if they accept my refund or not. After two weeks I still had no reply. So I went to the shop to explain the issue and they TOLD ME to call JD customer service to found out if the trainers have been accepted or not. I got the refund in the end but they way they treat customers is disgusting

   Went to buy a pair of trainers and wanted to try them on so that they are the right size for sure, security was in my face and holding the box in his hand tightly and wouldn’t let me take the trainers out to try my self. He gave me one shoe to try wile still holding the box and staying close to me. They make you feel like a criminal. Wont be going there, not a nice experience.

   Can't speak highly enough about the store manager Rob. It was my sons 13th birthday and there was an issue with some trainers. He did what he could to rectify the problem, and turned a stressful situation in to a positive one. Thx

   Appalling shop. Second time I have experienced bad service. This time told they would be getting the trainers in the size I wanted. Left for 20 minutes and when I asked the assistant who said she was getting the. She completely denied it was her. Will never shop there again

   I would recommend zero , the service was quite slow. I ordered a trainer, one staff took upto 30 minutes to come out. It's lazzy staff and no customer relationship. I would never come again. At least they need to speak nicely with customs and judge customers demand

   Came in to exchange some shoes, Megan was super helpful, quick and really polite, this 5* is for her. Shame the same can’t be said for her manager, he shouted at her and belittled her in front of me and my partner, but Megan remained professional and did her job efficiently, she’s truly a credit to your store. PSA for your management, treat your staff like humans and with respect!

   Was in store and all the time 4 members were following me and making very uncomfortable. Finally bought a pair of shoes but while going out alarm went off (apparently cashier forget to take out magnet ). Felt embarrassed front of everyone. Also it was clearly intentionally. Not going there again ever
