Reasonable price and efficient. I used to have done MOT and replaced brake disc, all with satisfactory experience. Post a picture of the outlook of the office: as there is NO signage of Crypton Service, so it may be difficult for whom is the 1st time to visit, hope this help
Andrew is very experienced, professional, and friendly. He immediately identifies the strange noise that came from the car and fixes it right away. I'm very much appreciated that he told me to drive the car to him to have a look when I called him and he solved my problem on the spot, he saved my road trip few days after. My first experience with Crypton after being told by a couple of garages that my little old Mini would fail its MOT due to a damaged injector coil which possibly had damaged the rocket cover. Andy assured us he would investigate and sort the issue - and he delivered within 24 hours! What a top bloke. Highly recommended. Honest, hard working and great customer service too.
My whole experience has been amazing from start to finish with Andy and Steve. Very polite and caring. Prior to coming to this garage I was having consistent problems with my campervan. Great service, honest and friendly. Cut the dealers cost of a clutch by nearly two thirds. Stuck to the quoted price exactly, and also replaced battery at a very reasonable cost. Fitted us in the same day and car drivers brilliantly. I will definitely be using Andy again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Always a good feeling when you find a good trustworthy local garage. These guys and good and charge a fair price for their work. Never had an issue with them. They also do more than clutches!
