   ⭐ 1 star Had to call 4 times over 3 days just to book in, no call back. Quoted around £300, ended up paying £575. My parking brake had failed, and I told them three times not to carry out the MOT until it was fixed. They agreed, but still did the test, billed me for it, then billed again after the repair. No paperwork ready when I arrived, no response to my email, and when I questioned the duplicate MOT charge I was told they “can’t believe I’m quibbling over £45.” For that price, I could’ve gone to Jaguar main dealer and had better service. I won’t return.
