   Amazing from start to finish. Greeted by name in the car park by Tim was really nice. Coffee in the waiting area was good then I met Reece who guided me through the process and asked if I needed any other services. I was tempted by a couple of options but I thought I’d test this one first as I didn’t have a great experience in Stratford. When I returned my car looked like new and Reece had personally inspected it knowing my concerns. Reece went above and beyond and will definitely be using them again

Shannon could not have been more helpful, she kept me fully updated with everything going on and took extra time to walk me through the software updates made to my car. The technician, Stephen, was also first rate and the Audi cam video helped pinpoint the issues clearly and effectively. Thanks team - as always, amazing service.

   Had an MOT, oil service and tyre repair. Car was in storage it was collected and returned at no additional cost. Communication was excellent and Shannon Harrison the service agent was very friendly and professional she kept me informed all the way through, before during and after car had been seen to. Prices are reasonable for a main dealer and have used them before and will continue to do so. The video of car inspection was clear and easy to follow.    Had my Audi A8 serviced at Audi Solihull. I initially went in to chase up any previous service history my car may have had within the Audi dealer network. Got chatting to one of the service team, randomly asked for a oil service. The price, booking availability was spot on. Booked it in, waited around for a couple of hours. Car came back serviced and washed. Totally satisfied and have no reason to say otherwise.

   Audi Solihull carried out an MOT test on my vehicle. My contact on site was Shannon Harrison, who calmly carried that task very efficiently, keeping me informed of progress. The mechanic who carried out the inspection and tests was Mitch Hudson, who sent me an audio report to say that the car had passed its MOT. Thank you for the excellent service.

   I had my MOT done at Birmingham Audi, as well as a vehicle health check. They also washed and vacuumed my car for me. Laura kept me updated and also did her best to make sure my car was ready to be picked up before rush hour, as requested. Everything wrt the car was good and customer service was great.
