   Mark was incredibly helpful in getting my car sorted out after an unfortunate hit and run incident. Helped me every step of the way, from sourcing the parts to getting me in as quick as he could and doing it all for a very fair price. Completed the works quickly and to a great standard. Car looks good as new. Couldn’t rate the service highly enough, would definitely recommend!

   Can't fault the help and service from Mark at Carworx. From start to finish, he was helpful, knowledgable with his advice and gave me different options to try and make my repair as cost efficient as possible. This was a stark difference to the majority of other vendors that I contacted with the same concern. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and fit me in as early as he could.    Had great service from Mark. My car had a scrape on the rear bumper. Took it down to them last Friday (28/7/23) for a quote. Got it booked in there and then for the following Thursday and it was ready to be collected the following day. It looks as good as new!! 100% recommend. Thank you to Mark and the team!

   My Toyota Yaris had the front damaged in an accident. I decided to get this repaired without using my insurance. I went to Lister Birmingham for a quote. They gave me a quote for £2800 plus any other things that may require replacing once the bonnet is opened. They refused to open the bonnet saying, if they open it they may not be able to close it!! I Googled and found Carworx. I called Mark from Listers in Coventry and he asked me to bring the car straight in as he was free. I got there in 30 minutes. He opened the bonnet and looked at the damage. He immediately set right a few broken pieces and asked me to bring for full repairs the following Wednesday! He quoted me £350 to £400/- I left the car with him on Wednesday and he called me at 2:00 pm asking me to pick it up! I want to pick the car up! All the repairs had been done!! It looked perfect. there was a small scratch where the bonnet had been bent but nothing else was visible. He had also fixed the posterior part of the car that had a loose screw! He charged me £320/- ( less than what he had quoted me!!) Now that is a good honest competent car repair gentleman!! Strongly recommend with all my heart!! Well done Mark!

   I emailed mark late on the evening who promptly got back to me within an hour and suggested I come to him so he could see the scratches in person in the morning. I got to Mark for about 9:15am the next day he checked out my car and said that actually he believes he can buff out the scratches, which he proceeded to do there and then! saving me a small fortune. Excellent service and a really nice fella! Thank you Mark.

   I accidentally reversed my car into a bollard a few days before it was due to go back to the dealership and caused quite a bit of damage, took the car in for a quote I spoke to Mark who was absolutely amazing and explained everything that he was going to do, Dropped the car off on a Tuesday and it was ready at the same time on Wednesday! I was absolutely amazed how quickly and efficient it was done and you can’t even tell that you’ve done anything! It was like brand new! Thanks so much Mark! Highly Recommended
