    Many, many thanks to Lou,Steve and colleagues who literally went the extra mile to help us last Friday. We were on our way to Dover to return home to Germany when our car had an engine failure. Despite being very short staffed, repair impossible, Steve agreed to run a diagnosis . The news was not good. Urgent repair needed. We would be stuck in England with many awful repercussions. The first repair could possibly be next week ...... A massive thankyou to LOU who stuck her neck out, didn't give up on us and eventually rang a garage just a few mins away. They agreed to see us, the car was repaired within a couple of hours (!!!!) and we made it home . Thankyou to a lovely team, we were so lucky to have found you . X
