   I have visited this Levi’s store previously and, on that occasion, the staff were extremely helpful, which made this visit particularly disappointing by comparison. During my most recent visit, I took a pair of jeans into the changing room, but the size did not fit. A young blonde employee stood directly outside the changing room while I explained that the size was wrong. Despite this, she made no effort to assist or offer an alternative size and appeared completely uninterested. As a result, I had to get dressed again and go back onto the shop floor to find a different size myself. This level of service is not what I would expect from a brand like Levi’s. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve at the till. The staff member who served me was unhelpful and disengaged, so it was perhaps not surprising that when I got home, I discovered the security tag had been left on the jeans. I now have to make another trip back to the store to resolve an issue that should never have happened. Overall, this visit was frustrating and disappointing, especially given how positive my previous experience had been. I hope this feedback is taken on board and that staff receive better training in customer service and attention to detail.

   I don't usually leave reviews for shops unless it's a bad one but I had a great experience on Saturday evening in this store. I was assisted by a young man who helped me find 'in fashion' jeans as I've been wearing skinny jeans since a teen and needed a change. He was so helpful, helped with my sizing, fit and just couldn't do enough. Some of the best service I have received in a store. I wish I had caught his name but the receipt doesn't say it either. Thank you!

   My sister purchased a pair of 501’s here today on boxing day. The blonde lad (did not get the name unfortunately ) on the till was super helpful, polite and extremely well mannered! The girl working the changing room was also nice whilst managing the crazy rush

   This is big shopping centre.lots of branded shops. This shopping centre have 2 floors.food court side have lot of shops.you can take way or you can eat here have a lot of sitting area. Very nice and clean centre. Very big parking area and free. we was enjoyed here.

   I went in November. Being a lazy man I wanted a shop assistant to help me. The guy there could not be bothered so I bought elsewhere. Visited again a few days ago and had a really different experience with a really helpful young lady. Bought jeans and a belt. Just shows experiences depend on who serves you

   Love levis! They are a tad expensive but I have some of mine for years and if the knees start giving weigh I simply cut them into shorts. These never go out of fashion and wouldn't consider any other brand.

   Visited the Bluewater store today with my 15 year old daughter. She wanted to buy her first pair of Levi’s and Max was very very helpful and went that extra mile. Great atmosphere in the store and fantastic customer service from both Max and the Store Manager. Thank you for the successful experience and my daughter is over the moon with her new jeans.
