    Disgusting customer service at Zara Bluewater. The staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. There was no queue whatsoever at the self-checkout, yet when I went to scan my items, I was spoken to like an inconvenience and told to move out of the way because there were apparently people β€œwaiting” despite the fact I was there first. The attitude was nasty, unnecessary, and totally unacceptable. Instead of helping, staff chose to belittle a customer for no reason. Zara should be embarrassed to have employees representing the brand like this. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to expect poor treatment here.

    Went to Zara with my daughter. She picked 5 items and we went to pay. First item scanned at Β£40 and then the assistant increased the price to ticket price. I queried this but was told that the ticket price is the price not what is scanned. She proceeded to scan other items and again it happened and she increased price to ticket price. Didn’t want to make a scene so paid up. When we returned home both these items were online at the lower price. I called shop next day and manager informed me that I should not have been charged the ticket price and would report this to customer services. Customer services called and said they would refund Β£10 but to do this I would have to open an account online. Disgusted told them to donate the Β£10 to charity why should I spend more time when they overcharged me. WATCH WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED. Also it is illegal to do this

    I had a lovely experience at Zara thanks to Marta. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Her knowledge of the products was excellent, and she took the time to give honest advice and help me find exactly what I was looking for.     Terrible customer service. Online it’s stated that the store opens at 10:30 on Sunday. I was at the return till at 10:30 and although the queue was very long they didn’t open the till until 11:00am. I had an online return so I did everything by myself at the machine, however that says: hand off the package at a member of staff, I tried to give it to a member of staff and they said the tills are not open and that I have to wait. At least they need to update the opening hours online.

    Not been to the Bluewater Zara store since its refit, and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Last few times before I struggled to find stuff I liked, and now I found too much... Also chucking in all your items into the till basket is so easy without having to scan barcodes, and makes transactions simple and efficient.

    They clearly need more staff, and the fitting room was disgusting. Prices are amazing and really loved the way they organised the sections. Self check out was nice, but I prefer to see someone on the till.

    I used the self check out to pay for 2 dresses. On removing the tag to one of the dress of a silky material I had to ask help from one of the sales assistants( an asian lady). She was ever so rude telling me it is called self check out because customers have to do that themselves, otherwise I should have joined the queue for the till.I felt so humiliated and gobsmacked by such rudeness and poor customer service

    came to this shop as I usually like Zara’s items. But we went to the self checkout counters to pay. As we couldn’t find the bag so I asked the lady staff about it and she was extremely rude when answering(I believe it has to be because I am Asian). We paid for the bag and she brought the bag from somewhere and left it at the side and just went away without saying a thing. I think the managers should consider these things too and teach their staffs not to biased on people based on their race (I did see her talking to other people in a professional way when we were in line to make the payment again for another item).Thank you.
