   Went to Plume to get near side rear tyre changed, initially very helpful and quick, but when I went to drive my car home after, I noticed it was pulling to the left. Took it back to Plume straight away, mechanic looked at it, said there was nothing wrong with the tyre they had put on that they had looked at my tracking and realigned it + insisted that it must have been a pre-existing issue, even though I had told them 100% it was not. They advised it was likely an issue with both of my front tyres or my suspension. They advised that I would need to book it in so they could complete further checks, and that I needed 2 new front tyres. I didn’t believe this as I knew for a fact it wasn’t pulling to the left before I took it there. I was driving to work the next day and just knew it wasn’t right so took it to KwikFit by my work. They immediately found Plume had fitted the wrong tyre size. They checked my suspension and front tyres (both fine), and also confirmed the tracking hadn’t been realigned the day before. They fixed everything on the spot, and the car drove perfectly after. The only positive is that I took the tyre fitted at plume back, and got a refund. Can’t help but feel like they were taking advantage of a young girl who may not know too much about cars, but at least I knew something they did wasn’t right. Definitely won’t be recommending or using again.

   Best garage in the area. After having a run of bad luck with garages, I found Plumes and they're now my go to. The guys are always very honest, and their prices are very fair. The work they've done for me has always been great quality and they go above and beyond to sort issues. Can't recommend them enough, fantastic garage.
