We used the services of Fitch Autos earlier this week and will not hesitate to use them again. They carried out quite extensive work on our Ford Focus, including replacing the catalytic converter and a major service, along with other safety checks. Our experience, from dropping our car off at Fitch Autos, to collecting it at the end of the day was all positive. Firstly, the 'no quibble' availability of a courtesy car essentially puts these guys in top place compared to other auto repair companies we have used in the area. Secondly, I was reassured by their attention to detail, holistic knowledge and thoroughness. I have every confidence that they have done a good job. Last, but not least, a shout-out to Ellie on reception, who is a breath of fresh air and her customer service skills are a credit to you. She was friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. I have had a very positive experience when using Fitch Autos for a recent service on my Range Rover. I would firstly like to begin by saying that the ladies on the reception desk have been so kind, compassionate and fabulous! They clearly care about customer service. Communication was excellent and I was consulted on any work before it was carried out. Although unexpected repairs can be expensive, I know that my Range Rover is now in the very best mechanical condition it can be for its age and mileage. There will always be a garage that can do it βcheaperβ. However, my mind is at peace knowing you get what you pay for. In this case, thoroughness, high-quality workmanship and a genuine passion for ensuring the safety of you and your vehicle. The flexible payment options were also really helpful considering the unexpected costs just after getting married! The loyalty point scheme is also a nice additional bonus. Considering the cost of my repairs, I have lots of points to use on future services! A nice silver lining. I will definitely be booking in for MOTs and future services. Thank you Fitch Autos!

Had a DCT gearbox fault on my M4. To which they recommended me doing a service on it first, before I decide to replace the gearbox itself, as it may fix the issue I was having. Upon doing the gearbox service they noticed my transmission oil cooler was leaking a lot of oil. To which they advise me to replace alongside doing the gearbox service. Car is now driving fantastic with 0 issues with the gearbox. This company saved me thousands on repairs. Great trustworthy company and the office staff are also so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company for your car needs.

I have used this garage a couple of times now and have been really impressed with their service. They first fixed a DPF issue for me, and a few months later carried out an interim service and repaired a faulty injector. On both occasions they provided a courtesy car, which was a huge help. They are always clear about costs, seeking approval before carrying out any work, which gives real peace of mind. The reception staff are friendly and professional, and the mechanics clearly know their trade. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy garage that I would happily recommend.

I recently took my jaguar f type to Fitch Autos at Brownhills staffs for a big service. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and happy to advise me on any issues I may of had I was very happy with the work carried out and the time it was carried out. Also great to have a free courtesy car.

Iβve never before been to a repair garage where the car is already in the workshop being assessed before youβve left the premises. (My usual experience with a mainstream dealer is that I drop off my car at 8:30am and Iβm still waiting for it at 6pm). So, well done Fitch for being so prompt. Fitch are also good at communicating on progress during the repair. Clean and tidy reception area and plenty of offers for hot drinks. Excellent IT for billing and payment. All in all, an excellent and seamless experience.

Car had a service and M O T asked them to check over everything. They sent pictures of my car been serviced sent me the problems it was having gave me a quote and I asked them to do them. The service and information they sent was excellent. Great team would recommend and definitely use again.

My car was towed to Fitch Autos (RAC approved garage) due to breakdown of the fuel pump. They secured an appointment within a day and started work immediately. They informed me every step of the way with an online portal, which was fantastic as you could choose the work needed for your budget - highly recommend this system as it puts you in control with the repairs. Everything was done to a very high standard and quicker than expected so I got my car back earlier! Neil was very helpful in explaining what the fault was and even sent a report to help with the insurance claim (which I believe the faulty fuel pump was related to as the previous garage it went to missed it despite be saying there was water damage post accident). The garage reception space was really clean, bright and spacious and perfect if you needed to wait. The reception staff were very welcoming too. I will definitely be back for more repairs if needed and will arrange a service with them next year. Thanks Fitch Autos! I now know where you are as itβs hard to find a garage you can trust.
