    I went into this store to change a gift I got (I had a gift receipt) Having picked up a few items to exchange I got told that I am unable to do so as I am ‘out of the exchange time’ baring in mind I have a new born baby and was less than a week out ( I was unaware of this as it was a gift) When I then said is there nothing you can do for me, I’m happy to put more money towards something they simply replied no, I then said I’m left with something I don’t like and they shrugged. I like supporting and shopping in small business however I will NOT be returning to this one with such bad customer service and exchange policies (they don’t give refunds) they couldn’t of been less helpful - extremely disappointed.
