I had a journey twice from Solihull to Sutton Coldfield town hall. I had two quotes before. Driver dropped me off and charged me nearly £10. More than the quoted price. Absolutely disgraceful. I shall not be using Veezu again. Awful service. I was a client with A2B for many years and regular. But since they have took over is a disgrace. They are scamming people be very careful
FANTASTIC SERVICE. Solihull to Warwick journey this evening. Booking the taxi took 2 minutes. Taxi arrived exactly on the scheduled time and the driver was very polite and friendly and he engaged with me in a really interesting conversation for the entire journey. I TOTALLY recommend this service. When I book again, I want this driver please. He was brilliant and a credit to the business.
Solihull to Birmingham airport 06.30am: Car arrived on time, Wayne our driver was excellent, polite and considerate. He placed our luggage in the boot taking the time walk over to my husband, take our 20Kg suitcase placing it in the boot too! The car was extremely clean, displayed the quote for our journey and charged as quoted when we reached our destination. Thank you ROB & ELLIOT (night shift) operator's for helping me out this morning in a difficult situation when my customer was trying to run out of my car without paying fare £18.70. Fares are about what is to be expected. Driver was pleasant and chatty. Although booked the night before, car did not arrive promptly, and it took several calls to the booking number before it was confirmed that a car was even coming. Departed 15 minutes late, but as an allowance had been made arrived just in time for appointment.
Excellent service today used this company three times, never been to soilhill, came here from Hereford to go to free radio concert! 2 taxi drivers were lovely and gave us really good tips and made sure we got back to the hotel safely! Wish we knew there names to say thank you!!
