    Staff are friendly. I , totally disagree with the policy of exchange only,put in by the administration that has taken over. When you buy something,you should be able to get a refund,no excuses and Reason to stop you, your rights as a customer are being challenged and something needs to be done about companies and administrators doing this. If you treat customers like this, it's the beginning of the end. Hopefully someone will listen,but I doubt it,a sad situation all round. The customer loses again.

    Clothing store found midpoint on Billericay High Street. It has two levels, with stairs or a lift to the first floor. The store caters for the older clientele but, does have a range of clothing for children, also a small selection of household items (sheets and pillow cases etc) can be found on the upper floor. This is a cheap to midrange price store.
