I Visited the lakeside store today and was served by a short older lady with brown hair. I buy all of my jeans from Levi’s but was looking for a different style to usual. The lady was unlike all the other helpful staff I have ever encountered in this store. She was rude and completely unhelpful. I was told the jeans I wanted didn’t come in a 32” leg and she kept telling me I was a 30” leg!! I’m 5,9” and definitely not a 30 leg. Left without buying, only to come home and look online and find out that the 501 does indeed come in a 32. Terrible service lakeside.
We visited this branch today for my son's 16th birthday. We have to say the guy that looked after us was an absolute credit to your company. He couldn't have been more helpful and made it a great shopping experience for my son. In these days where customer service standards seem to have declined, it really was a refreshing change to be served by someone who actually made you feel like your custom was appreciated. A+++
Highly recommend! Went just before Xmas for some jeans as a present. Young man who served us was extremely friendly & helpful. They didn’t have the length of jeans in stock, but the young man said he could alter them to the correct length within half an hour. Went off to shop and they were ready & waiting for us when we returned. My husband loved them and they fit perfectly. Will definitely be returning.
Just before Christmas, there was a very nice lady with blonde hair & glasses, she was helping my male friend find out about levi bootcut jeans. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you very much.
Great store really helpful staff .Noticed they did alterations in store had a price list on the wall which is handy .Products a plenty and if they havnt got what you want will order and send to your home
Went in today and couldn't have had better customer service. I struggle to find jeans & they informed me they had an on site tailoring service. This was perfect as a 5'0 person who always struggles to find jeans the perfect length who's also plus sized. They were helpful, kind & quick with their alterations within 30 mins. Would absolutely recommend worth the price.
