The owner himself (Haseeb) dealt with me and assured me everything would be handled smoothly and it was exactly that.     I know my comment may be long, but you must read it before going to this garage. First of all, our car had only a small problem, when I left the car there, they told me it would be fixed by the evening. Calling in the evening and saying that it will take until tomorrow evening because they ordered the wrong part. After two days on Friday, when I received the car, after one mile, I saw the engine and engine oil getting hot alarm. I called the mechanic and he said to continue and it will be fixed by itself. When I continued, after five miles the car overheated. On Saturday, I took car to the garage, when the mechanic came, he said every ten minutes, I want to be home on my day off and I want to rest. I said, "Hey, if you had done your job right, I wouldn't have had to cancel my trip !!!" After waiting for three hours, he told me that you have two options. One is that now I will replace the part that I changed and leave the old part and return your money, or we will give you a car, go on a trip and come and get your car back! I chose the second option. But that car did not have road tax! He told me that you have to pay!!! So I said change the part because I just want to go another garage, they returned my money. Finally, he gave up and at 4:00 PM he started to recognize the mistake because he said, "My day off is wasted, so let me at least do my work, but I will only charge £85 from you (I had paid £250, which was refunded to me). At six o'clock in the evening, the car arrived. During the calculation, he said to pay 250 pounds again. When I said that you said 85 pounds, he started yelling at me and my wife, as well as cursing and being rude. (tall mechanic) I didn't continue only because my wife was there and I paid the money again! All I can say is, what will happen to my three days that I wasted? I was regular customer in the big garage for over a year, but this kind of experience I had will never come close to that garage again! Even now, when I wrote my reveiw for another branch, he messaged me why I am writing my reviews!! hassab, you are a good mechanic, but you should pay more attention to your second garage if you don't want lose your customers.

    Great professional service, good option of our test car when mine was attended too. Can't fault them very good, overall. I have had further work to my car from these guys and i would like to further add that they did a complete refurb on my suspension system. My CAR was bought from a seaside location location and as syed pointed out sea water from the sea in these locations can cause rust to form on the unseen parts of the car like the chasis and floor panels. - My bushes had ceased up on my suspension and as a result i needed replacement of my Linkages (anti roll bars both sides) both FRONT Lower Arm bushes were worn also my upper Mount Struts needed replacement too. Extensive work. - Not only had they completed the work satisfactory they supplied videos. Normally the job would have been straight forward, but i had extensive rust on the joints which meant access to the joints required direct heat as the rust had extensively ceased the joints. They spent quite a few excessive hours on this additional work, but you know what these guys did not charge me extra for the additional work and hours and charged me as quoted despite the extra difficulty of ceased joints. - I am so grateful what these guys did for me. - Even though they look young and novicey they appear to have a wealth of experience combined between them in ensuring good work is carried out. Their acrediations and certificates back this up. - They have also carried out additional work on my car i.e. rocker cover oil leak, replacement of AC CONDENSOR, - To summarise these guys charge good compettive rates and will not rip you off. They are a credit to the industry, where there are plenty of "rogue dealers" about. They have good testimonials on who can fix my car.com and are excellent in advice and what to do next with your car. Use these guys always they are brilliant. - Thanks again Syed, my brakes needed doing next i know where to go haha.
