    I had the best costumer service in my life from lovely Nora who was so kind and helpful when I returned a faulty product. She offered to order a replacement and when the delivery was going to be a few days, she tracked down an alternative at a nearby store. She never made me feel rushed or that it was an inconvenience. I was really taken back by her generosity of service. A skill that seems far and few between nowadays. And she looked me in the eye when she spoke to me. It was wonderful.

    Big shout out to Max at Next ,Woking Store,who went out of his way to assist me this afternoon when my dress order from Reading Next was nowhere to be found.Max knew I needed the dress for a function this Friday.He located the dress in my size at the Guilford Next store, put it on hold for me.Called me back and said it was ready to collect tonight if I wished,as the store closed at 20:00.I drove to Guilford asked at the ladies section and was promptly handed my beautiful dress.Great Customer Service Max,you went far beyond the extra mile for me.Thank you for everything you did today .I can go to the function in style . found.Maxfound

    This particular shop isnt too big. TBH they need to move to a bigger shop as this one cant have all the variety you need. Closest place for variety is Guildford.

    Me and my wife and child went into this store and I am sad to say it's 3stars because of the lady behind the till in the women section, who shouted at the young lad who helped me, I would have given it 1 star, but because of the lady in the kids section was amazing very helpful and very polite, she deserves 5 stars the other staff could learn a lot from her
