   My partner and our 2 year old son were escorted out of the store whilst Christmas shopping. She asked a member of staff if they had boxer pants with the “pee hole”, understandably the official term is Fly, however that does not justify the action taken. For some reason the staff member deemed it inappropriate and worthy of kicking her out the store? How ridiculous, no attempt to help, what awful customer service. Although she used the wrong word surely it’s not difficult to understand what she really means, or at least let her explain. She is an adult with a 2 year old in a pram it’s not like she was part of a group of giggling teenagers wasting their time. Unbelievable.

   Had a minor mis-hap when in the Guildford store with some damage to my jacket. Minor inconvenience but have to say one of the managers was quick to come and see me and acknowledge the issue and also the Next customer service team were more than accommodating and contacted me the same day to address the issue. If a company is this caring for a customer with a problem, then you know the level of service you receive will be exceptional when having a positive experience. Thank you Next for your help and look forward to coming back to your store soon

   Visited as an alternative to another clothing retailer who did not have any stock. This outlet didn't have stock on the shelf but a kind employee searched the stores and found the product I required. Generally the store was clean and products were in their position rather than being deposited across the floor. Prices were perhaps too steep, though, not any different from other mid-range retailers. Men's section was quiet so one could browse without having to clamber over others which was a welcome change.

   DO NOT USE FOR CLICK & COLLECT. Staff gave my partner's parcel away to another customer. They didn't ask for confirmation of ID, address or order number, and so had given away his parcel to a random person! Staff's response was for him to go and call customer service for a refund......

   Hadn't been in Next since it was in the White Lion Walk and was very happy leaving! I found a shirt on sale, and Susie was lovely during payment and had a conversation and a laugh. I came back later that day to exchange the shirt for a smaller size and Susie was totally understanding and was very helpful! Will definitely come back for any future clothing!

   Convenient location in town centre. But staff use being "busy" as an excuse for not knowing how to do their jobs. If you are scared of being busy then dont open up.

   Fair shop, same as any other branch of Next. Friendly staff, large and spacious store, plenty of range and variety. Note that the elevators appeared to be closed when I walked past and the only way to get up to/down from the store is by escalator.

   Staff are always very friendly, and shelves usually fully stocked. Due to it's somewhat unusual location / layout, the shop is usually quieter than similar ones, making for a more relaxed shopping experience. Worth a look!
