   Rude and Unprofessional Service I recently had a terrible experience with A D Y Recovery after getting a quote for a recovery job, I politely asked if they could lower the price by just £10. Instead of a reasonable discussion, the representative rudely put the phone down on me. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expected at least a courteous conversation, but their response was shockingly rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service. Look elsewhere if you value being treated with basic decency.

   Bad customer service, guy shouted at me down the phone, telling me he had blood pressure issues, (good excuse) was late turning up, and then drove off, extremely rude!! And told his driver, to go as car wasn't ready for recovery!! if your lucky you might get him on a good day, first time we used him, no problems! I'm sorry did your driver not tell you last time we paid extra, because I thought it was too cheap?? I wasn't wasting your time, you said you would be there between 11.30 and 12, and you never turned up till 12.35!! What is everyone supposed to stop because your late!!
