   Dead scruffy looking small shop which I think is family run. I was going to go somewhere else to buy a car battery but my friends said to go here instead. They were NOT wrong. Recommend them. Only 4 stars cos parking is street only in dodgy area. Staff VERY helpful.

   Whilst I can’t complain about the quality of plates, I can certainly complain about the lack of empathy and abysmal customer service. First plate had air bubbles, this was rectified but the second plate was not spelled correctly, had to get three plates made and waiting over 3 hours for something that should of taken 1 hour. Had to cancel a meeting with my garage to accommodate to this as I couldn’t drive the car with half number plates on. Asked for a discount due to the wait and being patient and was given a sarcastic and unapologetic response from one of the workers. Whilst one did apologise, I don’t think it’s good customer service to not be empathetic. One of the workers stated were the cheapest etc, but it isn’t just about the price.
