   Seamless. Great service and a huge product catalogue makes getting what you need a breeze. You can order using click and collect with out paying up first which can be quite convenient. If they dont have waht you require it can quite often be there the very next day. The pricing is very competitive and not of the time will beat out what you can find online. Well worth the look.

   Top place to buy parts. Very knowledgeable staff and very busy. Expect to wait at times whilst they ensure you get the correct part or help with your needs. Can be very busy on Saturdays but if you call in advance the quote is saved and it saves so much time. Noticed alot of time wasters arguing over price which holds the queue. Staff do everything they can to keep a customer happy from my experience. Sales office next to shop where staff constantly on calls and busy warehouse with staff picking orders and drivers ready to deliver. Very busy place. Don't know how the staff do it other than pure machines. If your lacking patience then maybe not the place for you which I can see from alot of the negative reviews on here people expect miracles.

   Needed windscreen wiper blades for a really really old saab 9-3. Looked around on the Internet and found them, but selling for £20 plus. However only one side were being shown. I drove down to GSB in Leeds and spoke to a young lad who was able to clarify which ones I needed. I purchased a pair for less than £10. Great price, local and convenient. Lots of secure parking available
