Staff member that served my husband was rude and unprofessional! Accused my husband of lying about the click and collect date and time instead of simply asking to see the confirmation email. I can confirm that the staff member was wrong and that the email indeed did say that our click and collect order would be ready to collect today (Saturday) from 10am. What my husband was met with was unprofessionalism and rudeness! "It won't say to collect today" and "No, I don't believe you". Not to mention after proving that my husband wasn't lying, our part wasn't even there! The staff at the West shop either need updated customer service training or they need sacking! Disgusting behaviour and treatment! My husband deserves an apology at the least! Do not get a job in customer service if you cannot treat people with basic human decency!! Will not be returning.

I didn’t bother checking previous customer reviews before purchasing this £2.88 windshield wiper, assuming that for such a low-cost item, it wouldn’t matter much. But after experiencing their shocking treatment, I now realize that the issue isn’t about the price—it’s about basic decency and professionalism. When I attempted a return within less than a week, I expected a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with hostility, accusations, and outright insults. Rather than acknowledging the poor product quality and apologizing for the inconvenience, they dismissed my concerns, cut off the conversation, and treated me with complete disrespect. No customer should ever be subjected to this level of arrogance and lack of ethics. If you value honest service and professionalism, stay far away. This company clearly has no regard for its customers.

I needed a car part. I asked to the reception guy. He told I will charge you if I serve you here. You need to do click and collect. I knew the best way is to make collection. I already had a collection there but I forgot just 1 car part. Eurocarparts much better than GSF Kirkstall. They are very rude to customers.

I have order online, showing stock of 2 got there and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come, then I had to wait another5 minutes as no stock, so I had to go Leeds East store where I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Disappointing customer service.

Brilliant click and collect service, ordered to collect and the product was available for pick up within 1 hour of placing the order. Prices can be fairly decent aswell depending on what you are looking for. Some if the more obscure products are cheaper than alternative suppliers. Very positive experience, staff was friendly and very helpful.

Ok, this place is a strange one .... The building doesn't look enormous from the outside, but it must be like a big tardis inside. Whatever you need, it's there, on a shelf, in stock. I'm yet to be disappointed. Helpful, knowledgeable staff too, why go anywhere else?
