   So impressed with the amazing help given by Brendan at the selby branch. Everything was explained very thoroughly & sorted in a timely manner. Brendan & team were so responsive during a stressful time with my daughter’s car. Am very grateful. Totally highly recommend.

   Straight to the point.I have had wheel alignments done however the issue still wasn't sorted as my car keeps pulling to one side so I went back for a retest where my car was checked and I was told, everything was ok, no test result or anything. After retest nothing changed, nothing better, so I sent an email to the main office regarding this however I didn't receive any reply, I paid money for nothing. After, I went to a different garage where I was told the wheel alignments need adjustments, all done, no issues since, the car drives straight. Do not recommend Wilco Selby.

   Why have I never been here before?!!! Tom responded to my e mail enquiry promptly and Dan was so helpful and courteous in store. There was no hard sell, they were open and honest with their advice and dealt with my issue promptly. I shall be choosing them for certain for future car care needs. Thank you

   Went there for an air con regas. It leaked after a week. Went to the mechanic as I though I have a leak. The mechanic explained that there is not leak and re gased my Air con again and its been okay ever since meaning it was someone at wilko who messed up the job. Could not prove it at the time so just wrote a complaint email which wasn't even answered. I started to ask around Selby about this place few people told me of staff having no idea what they doing. I would avoid this place at all since I wasted money.

   Been here previously with no issues however having had a service today I think the online advert for the service to be a bit misleading of £99+ parts and then lists a number of things that are included within the service. Arrive back to be charged £275 in total to be told that was the cost of the additional parts. The parts listed on the invoice being oil, oil filter, air filter and spark plug (for a Vauxhall Astra). Seems a bit excessive, £146 (+VAT I guess). I appreciate the costs vary between car parts so maybe you cant list a set price. How is anyone expected to know what to expect to pay when they go back, there must be a less misleading way of advertising the service. I could swallow this but to have mentioned a leak to be told there isn't a leak and then go out to a puddle under my car and a visible drip still happening. Was then told its "just screen wash" and that its just from it over flowing due to a perished o-ring. The screen wash isnt even visible from the top so its not escaping that way. Clearly must be escaping elsewhere with clearly no intentions to find/rectify. (This has now completely emptied itself on my garage floor by the following morning). Third trip back from my car to the counter because the service book hadn't been stamped. I can get over the costs but this isnt just one thing and the fact my car cannot retain screen wash now for even 24 hours didn't concern them. Sorry but I won't be returning.

   I needed to leave this company a review, they are just the best bunch of people ever. I was in Selby over Christmas and had a puncture, before driving home to the south. These guys and gal, fitted me in even though they were short staffed and booked all day. I cannot be more grateful. Thank you so much.

   I don't usually leave reviews but I have to say the service I recieved from the lady and lads this Monday was really impressive. Needed two new tyres and they recommended my tracking be checked too. Not going to pretend I know anything about cars because I don't but the minor adjustments they've done I can really tell a difference. It was an incredibly fast turn around, only waited an hour. The lady that I spoke to was really informative, the guy on the front desk although understaffed with plenty to do was also great. Honestly can't fault them. Thanks lads and Lass. Really appreciate it.

   I have had tires fitted on by vehicle before from Wilco Motosave - Selby. The workmanship and service received was excellent, so recently visited them again for a price on fitting 2x rear tires on my Jag. Pleased to say that their price for the Dunlop Sport Maxx x2 was coming in £70 cheaper than a quote I had received from another garage based in Selby! Served by a pleasant and helpful gentleman called Dan who took the time to check the tires already on the vehicle and ordered the new ones in. Fitting date booked in which was within 48 hours of order which I was impressed at and all contact details taken. Tires fitted at the arranged time and date by Alex and a courtesy call given when vehicle was ready for collection. Wheel Alignment was also carried out at a very reasonable price of £25, the other garage in Selby quoted £39.99 for this! Workmanship and service received was again excellent and all prices very reasonable. I will not hesitate to bring my Jag and all my business vehicles here again for any work that needs to be carried out and highly recommend Wilco Motosave - Selby.
