Went with my little boy to get a number plate and was greeted by the rudest chap I have encountered for a long time. Claims he has worked there for 12 years which I’m amazed at!
Atrocious customer service, do not recommend this branch if you're a person of colour. Ordered online for in-store pick-up. Entered as a visibly brown man, said "morning" and not one of the (white) staff (who all heard) responded. Went to the check-out and was looked at with disgust - for what, existing? The calibre of staff employed here is a shame.

I use the Harrogate branch all the time through work, desperately needed some brake pads for my own car today as they had dropped to bits so the car couldn't be driven, rang them at 1 and had them delivered 15 minutes later. Amazing service from all the lads down there.

Terrible service so far, ordered a pool and was never informed about the delivery, had to chase and then be informed it was to be delivered to the local depot.. collected it myself even after already paying for delivery.. The Pool frame was over painted meaning it needed altering to allow it to interlock.. Now it’s got a leak.. Emailed three times for a resolution every email ignored Not sure if it needs draining and taking back to store or online 1 problem is the drain plug is 6 inch above the bottom.. 4.5mx2.2mx150mm of water is too heavy to lift to drain and return as a just incase
A handy place for car parts on the edge of Harrogate town. I have ordered click and collect from the website a couple of times and they usually have everything in stock that you need. Car park is big and usually only a short wait to get served. Only downside is that when you type in your reg plate on their website, it doesn't always give you the correct item, as I found out with an oil filter. There were two different types it offered me. I'm sure a conversation with the staff would sort out any problems.
had to go take some car parts back for my Cleo after it was written off after a accident on the m1 south bound on the 20/05/19 the boxes was damaged but they took them back very good customer service would deffo recommend better than Andrew pages any day
