I took my brand-new Mercedes to Auto Solutions and they absolutely destroyed it. I came in with my 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Class, expecting a quick part swap. They quoted me just under £500. I looked at the part and immediately said, “No, this is the wrong one.” But they kept insisting. I said no again. They argued. I repeated myself. And before I could blink—they took the entire car in without proper explanation. Hours later, I came back and they had taken everything apart. I’m not exaggerating: the car was in pieces. The dashboard, the engine bay, wiring, trim, EVERYTHING. Now the car wouldn’t even start. It was completely dead. Then they had the audacity to keep saying, “This was wrong, that was wrong,” — pointing out imaginary issues that didn’t exist. I knew my car. I’d only just bought it. I paid £22,600 for that vehicle. And now? It’s gone. Total write-off. I had to dump it and start thinking about buying a whole new car. That’s how badly they damaged it. No refund. No apology. Just shrugging shoulders and silence. Do NOT take your vehicle here. I don’t care if it’s a scooter or a supercar. If you value your money and your sanity, avoid Auto Solutions and Parts like the Great Plague!
