   I recently visited Peggs A.R.C Limited in Birmingham for a repair estimate on my Toyota C-HR (Reg: NH21DYP). They quoted me £2,315.26 for a minor repair and even charged £60 just for providing the quotation. When I took the same car to another Toyota-authorised dealer (Steven Eagell Toyota Solihull), the repair was completed professionally for only £177.14. It’s disappointing to see such a huge difference in pricing for the same repair, especially from an authorised Toyota repair centre. The quotation from Peggs A.R.C Limited included several unnecessary and unrelated items, which made the total cost appear inflated. In my opinion, this approach is unfair to customers, and I would advise anyone getting a quote here to compare prices with other Toyota-approved garages before agreeing to any work.

   Had my daughters car repaired after someone drove into the side of her. Karl at peggs gave a clear breakdown of what could be repaired and the costs involved. They were able to start work quickly and gave regular updates so we knew how long it would take. The work was completed to a high standard and at a fair price.

   amazing service & a quick turn around at peggs! my car went in with an expected date of 4 days to repair the vehicle. i had a code sent to my phone to track the progress which stated what stage of repair my vehicle was at! the car was fixed and ready for me 2 days later! they offered to deliver my vehicle back to me also but i choose to drive and collect! not only that they even delivered me one of their cars (as a courtesy) when they collected mine to take for repair! very friendly staff who do everything possible to support and make your experience with them plan sailing would highly recommend! if you want a good job done on your vehicle and to know your vehicle is in safe hands and the job is actually going to be done to a high standard!! where you get amazing customer service this is where to take your car!! absolutely 10/10!! ✨⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️ (pictures added of before & after) thank you for your excellent work peggs!!!

From start to finish everyone understood my feelings regarding my car, I was reassured that they would take care and they did. The standard of excellent customer service and detail was first class.    Highly recommend Peggs Accident Repair, as they provide professional advise and services. Richard will explain very detail and let me know what the problem with my vehicle. Also, I never see any other repair centre will using Paint Thickness Gauge to check the paint work on each panel. So I am confident to say they are PROFESSIONAL

   Peggs were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were all very professional, friendly and helpful. Joyriders had slammed into my Audi A1 and Motability recommended Peggs. I called them and the very next day they collected my car and left me a beautiful new Corsa to use as my own. Everyone I spoke to was really lovely. When they returned my car it looked brand new!    I had my vehicle recently repaired but I got it back with more damage than it when in. The delivery driver took it back and returned the car after a couple of days and yet there was a gap between the headlight and bumper. I'm hoping this can be fixed before I can change my mind about the garage. Great staff but unfortunately let down by the work carried out. They have since collected the vehicle and got it rectified the work.
