AVOID disgusting service, once they sell to you there's no coming back. They sold a part for my car (which incidentally was the wrong part) I decided to take it to a garage to be done instead and just return the part in its original condition. All 3 blokes behind the counter chipping in saying they will not refund it has to be a credit note.. Really!! They eventually said they would refund to my original payment method minus 25% for taking it back. It wasn't even a special order, it was an item they had in stock.. Absolute rip offs They clearly need to state their returns policies, instead of making it up as they go along.
