   Popped in this morning with my two young children (2yo and 5yo) plus a bike and received such amazing service from Jordan. He was so quick to help despite being very busy, lovely customer service and great with the kids. I said I was happy to come back but he was insistent he could help right away as the job was a quick one. Thanks so much for helping a tired and very busy mum get the job done I really appreciate it and so does my little boy with his fixed bike!

   Came for a bike, stayed for the service! The Pontefract team treated me well and made sure my situation was looked after. Cameron is an absolute legend and it's great to see people who genuinely care about their customers and their craft. I appreciate all the advice, chats and work Cameron, his assistant manager, Nathan and the bike tech did for me (sorry I didn't catch his name). Now that my bike is fixed I can be a happy chappy once again, if only they had a technician for my bad luck.

   Very good, but beware the online store has much more options for parts including whose that come from euro car parts (has "euro" in a water mark multiple times on the item picture), in store all the staff will do is shrug their shoulders and say "that's not on our system" we'll that's what the Wakefield store did, pretty poor in my opinion and I am not talking about the online exclusives either! Ordered online and picked up at the Pontefract store, very easy and very helpful staff but Halfords need to sort their systems out for me if you can order online you should be able to order same items in store! This is the only way love to shop vouchers can be spent so strongly advise these to be avoided if wishing to purchase from Halfords with them!

   Very poor service, the web site says ready in 1 hour, but don’t go to store till you receive text and email. After 3 hours nothing, no text or email, so went to store, and they had the order but not done anything with it till I arrived Young lad who fitted it was a good lad The company needs to give more training on customer service

   Called at Pontefract Halfords for a key battery. Young man greeted me as soon as I entered the store. Very polite and helpful. Needed a battery for my car Keys. Straight away offered to fit them at no extra cost. After my run of back luck this last couple of weeks. Dont know how much this meant to me. Thank you Connor. Excellent device skills .
