   Can’t recommend enough ! I paid for apple car play update which was delivered exactly as stated. A dongle sent to me, connected at a given time and applied remotely, I also needed a firmware update which wasn’t straightforward and magpie patiently helped with this until sorted. Brilliant service !

   I upgraded my Peugeot from a 2014 model to a new infotainment system so I could have CarPlay. Honestly, I chose Magpie Automotive because there wasn’t really any other option. It was the only place I could find that both supplied the NAC infotainment system and fitted it as part of the price. But I’m so glad I did, because the level of service I received made the 3-hour journey each way absolutely worth it. David replied quickly, confirmed compatibility, and even offered to install it the very next day. He is genuinely the best automotive electrician I’ve met in years. As other reviewers have said, he’s a genuine guy who really knows his stuff. The care and customer service were outstanding. Everything was installed perfectly, checked and double-checked to make sure it all worked flawlessly. The quality of the installation is excellent, all parts used are genuine PSA, and the whole experience left me very impressed. If I have the option in the future, I would choose Magpie Automotive every single time. Highly recommended!

   Outstanding service from David at Magpie Autos. Helped with the activation of Apple CarPlay in my 2017 DS3, when I had previously been shirked by my official DS dealership who said it "wasn't possible". Quick delivery of the device and very helpful on the phone whilst activating. And a refund of £30 once you send the device back (it's on it's way, I posted it today!). 100% would recommend. My car journeys have instantly been made a whole lot easier!

   David could not have been more helpful. I needed a replacement touchscreen for my son’s Peugeot 208 so contacted David at Magpie Automotive. Not only did he confirm what I needed but also offered a partial refund if I sent the broken screen back to him. The screen arrived next morning but unfortunately I cracked the new screen while installing it. I again contacted David who very kindly offered another screen at a greatly reduced price. Fantastic service and highly recommend. Thank you.

   I had struggled at my own attempts at getting android auto going in my 2015 C4 Cactus and I've been going at it for months with constant research, looking through servicebox (Citreon's main site for automotive repair), and failing at swapping the head unit inside. This guy, David, just did what I've been struggling at for months in just an hour. He's extremely friendly, I phoned and being my usual self and having crippling social awkwardness, he had tons of patience with me on the phone. Answering a truckload of questions I had. When I bought the product he offered to send me the parts or come and have it installed. His place wasn't so far out so I went and got it installed (was also no extra cost) He was super friendly and let me watch him do it, did a great job and he shown me the changes. It was pre programmed and genuine parts for the car, not that aftermarket Android system which hijacks the screen. Honestly having a new head unit feels like a new car with these types of cars because of how much you use it to control the car. It's amazing! The price is completely fair considering that a 2019 unit can cost more than £200 not even including the screen, or even including the stuff to program it with license fees. I'd 100% recommend to go to this place first than anywhere else. Thanks David! Note: I have DAB radio, it's just that I switched it to FM due to poor signal in my area.
