So pleased i found this garage rather than a main dealer. John is a very nice straight forward man and i didn't feel ripped off like normally do with garages being a woman. Ill definitely use again if needed and also recommend highly.
I contacted Jac Autos via WhatsApp on Friday, 18th July 2025, regarding an issue with my Citroën DS3’s radiator fan. Despite providing only limited information, Jac was able to confidently diagnose the likely fault and even pre-ordered the cooling fan resistor before I brought the car in the next day, Saturday, 19th July. While I was at the garage, the part was delivered, and after carrying out diagnostic checks, Jac confirmed it was indeed the cooling fan resistor that was faulty. The part was fitted promptly, and my car is now running perfectly. Jac’s years of experience and technical knowledge truly blew me away. Jac’s knowledge is incredible, He immediately knew the issue wasn’t with the radiator fan itself but with the resistor – something that could have easily been misdiagnosed. What a gentleman. What a professional. He made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and kept me updated throughout the process. I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing garage. My car broke within a week of having it, Jon and Louise have gone above and beyond to help rectify the situation and kept me in the loop each step of the way. Coolant leak sorted by Jon , new water pump needed and cam belt at the same time. Jon is a Peugeot and Citroen Mastertech , don’t bother using the dealerships , come here , personal service and you actually get to speak to the mechanic , not just a dealership receptionist who types some words on a form. Far more efficient, John and Lou run a business the dealerships need to learn from. Great service.
Recently had a dilemma of being stranded in Birmingham needing to get back to Yorkshire with a Citroen DS3 with an unknown fault. Found JAC Autos and popped in to be greeted by John and his partner who swiftly diagnosed the issue to be a faulty injector that was in need of replacing. Within 2 hours of arriving the car had the injector replaced and i was on the road again. Exceptional service. Thanks again JAC Autos!

I am so glad I found JAC Autos, Jon did an excellent repair on my Citroen C5 suspension plus arranged an MOT and new tyres. My previous mechanic was unable to fix the problem and told me the suspension was beyond economical repair. Then I take the car to Jon who fixes it with ease and at low cost in no time. I am very pleased with the service received and I will be using JAC Autos in future for all my Citroen maintenance needs.

Highly recommended. Thankyou so much Jon for sorting my heating in my car. I'd been ripped off and messed about by others, my problem was due to previous bad workmanship, unbeknown. Jon went above and beyond and it was half the cost of a previous quote. This was the third winter with no heating, done just in time for this freeze were going through now.
