   I was recommended this garage by a family friend. The entire purchase process was great, they were very helpful and friendly. I had a minor car issue within my 6 months warranty period, which they looked at and sorted no problems. However, 3 weeks after my 6 month warranty period finished, a major issue came up on my car to do with the turbo. I phoned to see if they could do anything to help with this, but they weren't interested. They did say they could do a better rate to help get this sorted, but this is the same cost I have been given at another garage local to me. I turned down the extra 6 month warranty period, my mistake I know, thinking going off their history that the car would be okay. A gamble I now fully regret. Incredibly disappointed by all this, as I have had such good feedback from others regarding their services, but sadly not in my instance. I would recommend anyone to take out the additional cost for the warranty for the extra 6 months, roughly £250 in my case, as it seems once this period is over, they wont look to support you should a major issue go wrong with one of their cars. I'm now left with nearly a £2000 bill just 7 months after the car purchase. Disappointed to say the least.

   A fantastic service right from first contact. I am always a bit apprehensive / anxious about purchasing a replacement car but I certainly didn't need to worry with WDM cars. The car I purchased was exactly as described and actually looked better than the photos.

   Fixed my Mercedes after the closest Mercedes dealer failed on numerous occasions. It's great to drive around without the amber engine warning light that has been on and off for years. My next car will be a Toyota. They found the problem and fixed it. Brilliant!

   I have never come across an arrogant, rude manager such as “Wayne” before. Customer service by all the employees is non-existent here, they have tried to take advantage of my dad who is an old age pensioner (OAP). He previously went to them and paid for a repair which did not fix the problem, was asked to come back and still didn’t fix the problem and wanted more money. When questioned about the charge they made us wait a long while. We then got told to leave in a very rude manner because we wanted to know what we were paying for. They’re all a bunch of deceiving robbers!!! Save your valuable time and money, and look elsewhere. Save yourself the embarrassment!!

   These guys are absolutely brilliant, my father and I have known them for many years. I'm writing this review because my car recently had a check engine light and although still under warranty I wanted to see if the issue was serious before waiting weeks to be able to book in with a main dealer. Not only did they diagnosed the issue, but they wouldn't accept payment for their troubles! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a better alternative to a Mercedes main dealer.

   Recently took my Mercedes ML to WDM with a running issue. The car was diagnosed, repaired and returned to me within one day. The labour rates are justified as they are a fully equipped specialist and therefore get to the bottom of the issue at hand, quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will be taking my car there in the future for any servicing or repairs that I am unable to do myself. Thanks WDM team!
