   I've been taking my fast Fords to Pumabuild for getting on 15 years. Alan really knows his stuff, in fact I'm not sure there is anything he doesn't know to be honest. Also Alan, Tania and Phil are always very flexible and helpful. A space to take calls and the odd coffee are always welcome! I will continue to take my cars there for servicing, repairs and upgrades in future.

   2014 Ford Focus Headlamp Assembly unit part no. 2206011 This seems to be a common issue on Ford owners websites and after getting nowhere with Ford and utter disbelief at not being covered under an extended warranty! Facing a replacement unit bill of £1150 from Ford - I spoke with Phil and Alan at Puma Build who knew exactly what the issue was and repaired the unit....brilliant service...highly recommended. Only charged for one hour labour. Alan also chasing for the labour cost to be reimbursed direct with the warranty company. Thanks guys!

   Had my focus ST shipped from Cornwall to these guys after reading the reviews. My car needed a new block after cracks were discovered. Alan and his team did a full strip down and rebuild at a very good price. Very pleased with the work they did and kept me updated throughout the rebuild with pictures of the work being done.
