   I have gone and got my car MOT'd and a service on the 12/12/25 and I took in the service book to another garage. On collection of my car the mechanic told me whoever serviced your car last year 2024 did not do any work on the car. They showed me the oil that came out of my car which was very black and sticky. Considering my car has only done 3000 miles in just over 1 year the oil is not supposed to be in that consistency if somebody had Meteor Garage had changed the oil in 2024 The car is used for transportation to take me to the hospital for my many appointments and my doctor surgery as well as doing shopping because I am not well. So I am a low mileage driver. As you can see from the photo how black the oil is for a car that has only done around 3000 miles. The filter was not changed as it is the filter from the Volkswagen dealership with information of 2021 and as you can see from the date it has nothing to do with 2024. We then have the air filter which was not changed I was told the excuse it was clean and he vacuumed it. The same would be for the cabin filter. Now I have spent £264 for this garage to do NO WORK and CHEAT a VULNERABLE person out of their money. This sort of behaviour is why mechanics have a bad reputation I do not care what the reviews say on this Meteor Garage Google site my experience has been one of deliberate deceit. £40 to computer test which was to reset the service button which on YouTube I have found you can do it yourself by pressing some buttons in a sequence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE AS CERTAINLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE IS THERE FOR YOU TO SEE. A GARAGE THAT IS HAPPY TO JEOPARDISE THE WELLBEING OF A VULNERABLE PERSON WHO NEEDS THEIR CAR TO GET TO HOSPITAL AND DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. THIS SHOWS NO INTEGRITY. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic definitely Meteor Garage is not trustworthy based on my experience and the money spent for somebody to do F'All on a major service for my reassurance as a vulnerable person who needs their car to get around. THE PARTS SHOWN HAVE COME FROM MY CAR AFTER BEING SERVICED BY AN HONEST GARAGE WHO HIGHLIGHTED JUST HOW DECEITFUL MY PREVIOUS SERVICE WAS METEOR GARAGE. If I could give this garage ZERO STARS I would give you ZERO STARS for deceitful, unprofessional and underhanded providing no full service.

   Took my corsa because it was making noise from the brakes i thought it was the drum breaks but told them to make sure as they will know more than me of were the noise is coming from and what the problem is left my car there for 2 hours then got a call that the car is ready but I was also told I needed the front brakes changed too I told them I get that done in the next couple of days I paid them £78 to fix the problem as I drove the car the noise was still there so I took it to another garage and was told the noise was coming from the front brakes because they need changing its got nothing to do with the drum breaks i told him i paid £78 he said you got ripped off they probably just cleaned them and changed you £78 i was very disappointed. They are very nice people when they talk to you but very crafty from the heart. I'll see how far my £78 gets them. Please be careful.
