   When I went to Pinpoint I was asked to explain the problem. He went through the diagnostic procedure so I left the car as we were going on holiday.    Honestly the most professional garage I’ve dealt with. I contacted pinpoint after several other garages let me down with the typical “bring it in tomorrow” line. Only to arrive and be told they can’t “squeeze it in” or they’re a mechanic down because their pet rock died. With pinpoint, I was seen to immediately and kept updated throughout the repair process. It was all simple, professional and transparent. Highly recommended.
