   Didnt even check the ENGINE, BATTERY fluids just told me its gonna 1 hr for full check but handed me car unchecked within 31 min very bad service staff was very bad they should close this garage now i NEARLY met road accident coz of them WASTE OF MONEY

   Updated from 1 > 2 stars. I thought I'd give them another chance as it was a one off. I put my car in for MOT. Was able to do it on the day and was really quick. They failed to give me a call when ready - I checked myself online once the MOT was done and made my way. They seem good place to do MOT only. Will give them another try and update. === Old review: Terrible customer service, work and business practice. Gave my car in for full service. When I went to collect it, the guy said he checked my spark plugs and they are fine for another year. It was a little expensive at £80 labour for replacing oil, oil filter, air filter and pollen filter. I requested a full receipt. The guy (probably the boss's son) said 'do you really need it'. Well of course I do! Next thing you know, they hand write the receipt- which is fine, but they DO NOT STAMP IT. Imagine when you sell your car and you have this 'receipt' with NO stamp. What is the buyer going to think? Anyone could have made it up. I told the guy to stamp it. He then said there is an extra charge for that!!! Next day, I noticed on the ‘receipt’ and service book, the guy wrote a different viscosity of engine oil from which my car normally uses. I went back to the garage and told them. They shrugged it off and said ‘I put the correct one in. I just wrote it wrong.’ However, when I checked the engine oil dipstick, it did seem ‘thinner’ than normal. Couple of days later, I then notice that my car smells of strong petrol. I opened the bonnet and notice that the engine cover (where the spark plugs are located) is loose and has broken! When I went back home, the engine cover was gone! I had to order a new one! Overall, this garage has created problems after they did a car service. I advise to avoid them for car service. I do not trust them at all.

   Didnt bother checking my car properly said right there and then he cant do the job. Simple coil pack to be changed ( I told him after full diagnosis of car) but told me no.. Waste of time. AVOID.

   First visit in a few years for 1st mot on mini cooper. Back brakes needed replacement, shown old pads ,very fair price and instant service. Good to see familiar faces I can trust to be very fair. Can't recommend this business high enough, Excellent.
