   From Day 1, speaking to Jennifer was easy and effecient. Very good communication since the day I booked the service till the end. The Limo (Hummer) for my niece's graduation arrived on time and the driver Mr Tanvir was friendly, helpful and professional and also helped us with recording our videos. There was balloons and bubbly which added to the amazing experience. Upon getting out from the limo, we were presented with a red carpet in which Mr Tanvir recorded videos so that the whole family could be in the video. We will be hiring from this service again for any upcoming events. I would like to thank Empire Limos for a brilliant service and an extra special thank you to Jennifer.

   We received great service on our wedding day from Empire limos , the car was so beautifully turned out and immaculate , we have some lovely photos , we wanted to praise our wonderful Chauffeur we had in particular , he was so friendly and attentive to our needs , he went the extra mile . We got talking and I asked him if he had any other jobs on after ours to which he said yes . Our venue had delayed us slightly which made things later than expected and so had a knock on effect on our limo driver having to rush to his next job , so we told him to leave the red carpet experience, however he did all that and more, even considering the circumstances, he stayed professional and met every expectation, he was even so kind to take some photos for us with the car at the end . So we wanted to highlight what an extremely wonderful chauffeur he was .brilliant experience with Empire limos. ,highly recommend , thank you so much . We have some beautiful memories to cherish .

   Really pleases we used Empire Limo's for our prom. Fantastic service when booking. Competitive prices. Really friendly and helpful on the telephone. The lads were very pleased with the car itself, which arrived clean and on time despite being a really busy day for proms. The driver was friendly, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Empire Limos to anyone looking to hire something for a special occasion.

   Where do I begin, Jennifer and the team exceeding our expectations. My husband and I hired cars from the company for our wedding and they did not disappoint. As a stressed bride to be Jennifer really calmed me down. She was so understanding, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. The team made us feel like royalty; the chauffeur even helped me fixed my dress. They provided champagne the bridesmaids and groomsmen had a little party in the hummer on the way to the church they entire was a vibe. Thank you Jennifer and the team and see you again !!

He took the time to take multiple pictures for us & helped everyone in & out of the Hummer. There were drinks waiting and we were helped to connect to the stereo. Would recommend this service.

   These guys were excellent!! Drivers were polite and really friendly, nothing was too much bother. Last min changes to intinary were taken in their stride. Arrived on time with smiles on their faces ready for anything this Hen party may have thrown at them. Really great service from Jennifer in the office too. Highly recommend.
